Acetaie Aperte 2025: the journey into the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

From Friday 26 September 2025 a week full of events dedicated to discovering Modena’s Black Gold will kick off!

At the end of September, Acetaie Aperte returns, the annual promotional and educational event organised by Le Terre del Balsamico, which brings together the Consortium for the Protection of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and Consortium of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO.

All food lovers are invited to get to know the secrets of vinegar production, but also to learn how to appreciate and distinguish its characteristics and properties, thanks to tips and ideas.

There will be many days filled with demonstrations, guided tours, tastings and events: more than 40 vinegar factories in the province of Modena are waiting to introduce you to the genesis of these precious gastronomic treasures.
